This Privacy Policy applies to the LoveCue application (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by YUECISU (the "Service Provider"). This service is provided as a "FREE" service and is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information We Process / 我们处理的信息

LoveCue processes information only when needed to provide AI conversation analysis, reply suggestions, voice coaching, purchase access, security, and service improvement.

LoveCue 仅在提供 AI 对话分析、回复建议、语音辅导、购买权益、安全保障和服务改进所必需的范围内处理信息。

Content You Choose to Submit / 您主动提交的内容: This may include text you type, chat screenshots or other images you select, recorded voice audio, the name or context you associate with a conversation, conversation history used to continue an AI session, and feedback you submit about an AI response. Screenshots, text, and audio may contain personal data about you or another person.

这可能包括您输入的文字、您选择的聊天截图或其他图片、您录制的语音、您为对话关联的姓名或上下文、用于延续 AI 会话的历史内容，以及您对 AI 回复提交的反馈。截图、文字和语音中可能包含您本人或他人的个人信息。

Technical and Usage Data / 技术与使用数据: We may process an anonymous installation identifier, request type, selected AI mode, whether an image was included, AI response, success or error status, response time, app version and build, operating-system version, device model, language/locale, time zone, purchase-entitlement status, remaining free uses, and feedback value. Network providers may necessarily receive your IP address when a request is made.

我们可能处理匿名安装标识符、请求类型、所选 AI 模式、是否包含图片、AI 回复、成功或错误状态、响应时间、App 版本与构建号、操作系统版本、设备型号、语言/地区、时区、购买权益状态、剩余免费次数和反馈结果。发起网络请求时，网络服务提供商会因通信需要接收到您的 IP 地址。

What We Do Not Do / 我们不会做的事: LoveCue does not automatically read other messaging apps, scrape private conversations, or scan your entire photo library. Processing begins only after you select content, type a message, record audio, or invoke an App Shortcut.

LoveCue 不会自动读取其他聊天软件、抓取私人对话或扫描您的整个相册。只有在您选择内容、输入消息、录制语音或调用 App 快捷指令后，相关处理才会开始。

2. AI Processing and Explicit Consent / AI 处理与明确授权

AI features require the content described above to be transmitted over the internet to the applicable AI provider. Before the first such transmission, LoveCue presents an in-app AI data-sharing notice that identifies the categories of data and the recipient. The transmission occurs only after you choose to consent. If you decline, the relevant AI request is not sent.

AI 功能需要通过互联网将上述内容发送给相应的 AI 服务提供商。在首次发送前，LoveCue 会在 App 内展示 AI 数据共享提示，说明发送的数据类别和接收方；只有在您选择同意后才会发送。如果您不同意，相应 AI 请求不会发出。

You may withdraw this consent in the Application settings. Withdrawal prevents future AI transmissions but does not reverse processing that was lawfully completed before withdrawal. Selecting a photo, typing text, or pressing Send is not by itself treated as consent to undisclosed third-party sharing.

您可以在 App 设置中撤回该授权。撤回后将停止未来的 AI 数据发送，但不会追溯撤销此前已经合法完成的处理。选择图片、输入文字或点击发送，本身不被视为对未披露第三方共享的同意。

We do not sell personal information. We do not use private screenshots, text, or voice content to train third-party general-purpose AI models without a separate, explicit opt-in.

我们不会出售个人信息。未经另行、明确的选择加入授权，我们不会使用私人截图、文字或语音内容训练第三方通用 AI 模型。

3. Recipients and Purposes / 接收方与用途

Coze (Beijing Chuntian Zhiyun Technology Co., Ltd., a ByteDance affiliate) / 扣子（北京春田知韵科技有限公司，字节跳动关联公司）: LoveCue sends the text you enter, selected screenshots or images, relevant conversation context, and an app-generated user/session identifier to Coze to generate text analysis and reply suggestions. Images are uploaded to Coze before analysis. Coze may retain conversation history when required to continue a multi-turn session.

LoveCue 会向扣子发送您输入的文字、选择的截图或图片、相关对话上下文，以及由 App 生成的用户/会话标识符，用于生成文字分析与回复建议。图片会在分析前上传至扣子；为延续多轮会话，扣子可能保留相应会话历史。

StepFun (Shanghai StepFun Technology Co., Ltd.) / 阶跃星辰（上海阶跃星辰智能科技有限公司）: When you choose the realtime voice-coach feature, LoveCue sends recorded audio, text, and relevant conversation context to StepFun to transcribe the audio and generate text and audio responses.

当您选择实时语音导师功能时，LoveCue 会向阶跃星辰发送录制的音频、文字和相关对话上下文，用于语音转写并生成文字及音频回复。

LoveCue Service / LoveCue 自有服务: LoveCue may send AI interaction and diagnostic records to its own service at kelvinsu.com. These records may include input text, text recognized from a screenshot, AI responses, feedback, technical metadata, an anonymous installation identifier, purchase-entitlement status, and error/latency information. Original screenshot image files are not included in this telemetry channel.

LoveCue 可能向位于 kelvinsu.com 的自有服务发送 AI 互动和诊断记录。这些记录可能包括输入文字、从截图识别的文字、AI 回复、反馈、技术元数据、匿名安装标识符、购买权益状态以及错误/耗时信息；该遥测通道不包含原始截图图片文件。

Apple / 苹果: Apple processes purchase transactions, App Store receipts, and system features such as Shortcuts under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. LoveCue does not receive your full payment-card details.

Apple 依据其条款与隐私政策处理购买交易、App Store 收据及快捷指令等系统功能。LoveCue 不会接收您的完整支付卡信息。

Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security terms. We require providers used on our behalf to protect personal information to a level consistent with applicable law and the purpose described here.

各服务商依其自身隐私与安全条款处理数据。我们要求代表 LoveCue 提供服务的处理方，按照适用法律及本政策所述目的提供相应的个人信息保护。

4. How We Use Information / 信息用途

We use information to provide requested AI results, maintain conversation continuity, deliver purchased access, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, respond to feedback and support requests, and improve response relevance and reliability. We do not use submitted content for unrelated advertising.

我们使用信息以提供您请求的 AI 结果、维持对话连续性、交付购买权益、防止滥用、排查故障、处理反馈与支持请求，以及提升回复的相关性与可靠性。我们不会将您提交的内容用于无关广告。

5. Storage, Retention, and Deletion / 存储、保留与删除

Conversation and analysis history may be stored locally on your device until you delete it or remove the Application. AI providers and the LoveCue service may retain submitted content and associated records only for the time reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support deletion requests, subject to their applicable retention rules.

对话和分析历史可能保存在您的设备本地，直至您主动删除或卸载 App。AI 服务提供商与 LoveCue 服务可能仅在提供服务、保障安全、解决争议、履行法律义务和处理删除请求所合理必需的期间内，按照各自适用的保留规则保存提交内容及相关记录。

You can delete local history in the Application. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by LoveCue, contact kelvinsu13@163.com. We may need information sufficient to locate and verify the relevant records. Requests involving a third-party provider may require coordination with that provider.

您可以在 App 内删除本地历史记录。如需访问、更正或删除由 LoveCue 持有的信息，请联系 kelvinsu13@163.com。我们可能需要足以定位并核验相关记录的信息；涉及第三方服务商的数据时，可能需要与该服务商协同处理。

6. Security and International Processing / 安全与跨境处理

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS or secure WebSocket transport where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Depending on your location and the provider used, information may be processed in a country or region different from where you reside, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

我们采取合理的管理和技术保护措施，包括在支持的情况下使用加密 HTTPS 或安全 WebSocket 传输。任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。根据您的所在地及所使用的服务商，信息可能在您居住地以外的国家或地区处理，并受适用法律保障约束。

7. Your Choices and Rights / 您的选择与权利

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can continue using non-AI portions of the Application after declining or withdrawing AI data-sharing consent, although AI features that require transmission will be unavailable.

根据适用法律，您可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、获取个人信息副本及撤回同意等权利。拒绝或撤回 AI 数据共享授权后，您仍可继续使用 App 中不依赖该传输的部分，但需要发送数据的 AI 功能将不可用。

8. Children's Privacy / 未成年人隐私

The Application is not intended for children under 13, or 16 in some EEA countries. If we become aware of such data collection, we will take steps to remove it.

本应用不面向 13 岁以下（或部分欧洲国家规定的 16 岁以下）的儿童。如果我们发现收集了此类数据，将采取措施予以删除。

9. Changes to This Policy / 政策变更

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated in the Application or through another appropriate channel, and additional consent will be requested when required.

我们可能因产品、服务商或法律变化更新本政策。重大变更将通过 App 内或其他适当方式通知；在法律要求时，我们会再次征得您的同意。
